I asked Gab Goldenberg of SEO ROI Services a series of questions to help beginner bloggers gain a better understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), including SEO tips and resources. Gab was kind enough to agree to a series of interviews - beginner SEO for bloggers, intermediate SEO for bloggers and advanced SEO for bloggers.

We just wrapped up the beginner SEO for bloggers interview, and Gab provides a wealth of information and tips related to link building, relationship building, do's and don'ts of SEO and more. You can follow the link to read the beginner SEO for bloggers interview. Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3 of this interview series by signing up for the About.com Web Logs feed.

That is a great article with loads of ideas and content, but I would say many of them are pretty advanced and beyond the “beginner” stage. Pretty ‘gray hat’ too. Glad I found it though.

If you don’t mind, (if you do, just delete this part), our blog is a good resource for link building advice in all sorts of vertical markets.

Just found your blog today. Really like it - keep up the good work.Domain info more important than you think :-) Domain information such as DNS, age of domain and even the expiration date are used to distinguish between illegitimate and legitimate domains. Why are google doing this? Simply to get all the factors they can to get an internal “trust score”.This “trust score” is used to eliminate “doorway” pages and spam in the search result.I’M not saying that it’s working perfectly - but they are doing a pretty good job.
