4 Step Tutorial to Find Friends on Twitter and People to Follow

Select the "Find People" link in the upper right menu from any page on the Twitter website. A new page with the people finder tool opens. Make sure the "Find on Twitter" tab is selected in the center of the page. If you know the name of the person you want to follow on Twitter, you can enter it directly into the search box. If that person used his real name to create his Twitter account, then you should be able to find him. If not, you'd need to know his TwitterID or the name he used in his account to find him.
