Free Blogger, there are many free blogs to choose from, this is one of the best and easiest to set up. Wordpress is great but it is hard to setup.
How I modified the template for my blog
Just added free widgets and some rss feeds from feedburner these feed in from google reader and then appear in all my social networks also you can read any newspaper in the world from here all for free.
