NOT GONNA HAPPEN

The fact is Twitter and Facebook has become much more popular than My space. In my opinion, this is temporary. People have a lot more to say that cannot be posted due to the 500 character limit. Many are getting tired of that limit put upon them. Yet it is a concern amoung young people who no longer even TALK to each other. It's all texting, facebooking, or emails to some chats like Yahoo Messenger for this generation. It's sad but there is less and less human contact in this generation. What then? Will we stop using our voices at all? Seems extreme but this is a real problem.

Readers Needed for Niche Bloggers

It was nice to have Bloglines while it lasted. I am in the process of finding a new home for my nearly 30 subscriptions for my niche topic. For blog topics of politics, celebrities and business, blog readers are probably needed less thanks to Facebook and Twitter. But many niche subjects (such as unusual sports or scientific study) are inconsistently using social networking sites. Tracking all of the information is difficult. We may have to turn back to desktop aggregators again. Seems a little backwards.
